Your body is an athlete!
Whether you’re a weekend warrior training for a marathon, a lunch break walker, or a goalie during backyard soccer with the kids, I’m here to help you move better. As a former college athlete, I am familiar with the physical demands being active places on our bodies from the stages of childhood and adolescence through adulthood. Across them all, one thing remains constant: in order to survive and thrive in this world, each one of us needs to be able to move well and pain-free!
My approach to chiropractic treatment centers on your body’s structure. Not unlike an architect designing a building, the foundation comes first. Pinpointing the root cause of pain and discomfort is essential to executing a treatment that is right for you. Whether your pain stems from a joint problem, muscular problem, or a combination of both, we’ll work together to identify the underlying issue and address it accordingly. My background in massage therapy and exercise science has helped shape my approach to chiropractic rehabilitation, providing you with a wide range of treatment options.
I am a life-long learner with a strong passion for education. I take the time to educate patients on what exactly is happening with their bodies, and how we can correct the sources of pain and discomfort. From my perspective, if you leave our clinic without a specific and detailed picture of what is going on, then I haven’t done my job.
My favorite patients are ones who ask a lot of questions, so please don’t hesitate to ask me anything!
